Basic Conditions

Intellectual Property Rights

Restricted Activities

- We do not sell to individuals or entities on the OFAC SDN list, nor to embargoed nations (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea region).
- By ordering, you confirm that you are not located in or a resident of a restricted country, and that you are not subject to any sanctions restrictions.
- We may cancel any order if we suspect sanctions violations.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that essential oil imports are permissible under the rules of Australia, Canada, France, Sweden, and Switzerland.
Governing Law
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the State of Mississippi, without applying conflict-of-law rules. Any litigation related to these Terms will be filed exclusively in state or federal courts in Hinds County, Mississippi, to whose jurisdiction you consent.
Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be settled through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s Consumer Rules, rather than in court.
- Arbitration will take place in Jackson, Mississippi, in English.
- Each side bears its own costs and legal fees, unless the arbitrator rules otherwise.
- Individual Claims Only: You may only bring claims against us on an individual basis — no class actions or representative proceedings are permitted.
- The arbitrator’s decision is final and can be enforced in any court with jurisdiction.
Liability Limits
To the maximum degree allowed by law, SAVETRAX FKG INC and Manskinly are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (such as lost profits or adverse skin reactions). Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. Individual experiences may vary, and we do not promise specific outcomes.

Our products are offered “as is” and “as available.” We expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, and non-infringement, beyond what is explicitly stated in our Return Policy.
