Return Eligibility and Timeframe

To qualify for a full refund, products must remain unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Returns are not accepted if the product has been opened, used, damaged by the user, or improperly stored; however, this restriction does not apply to products with inherent quality defects, damage incurred during shipping, or errors caused by Manskinly (such as incorrect shipment).
Non-Returnable Items
For reasons of hygiene, safety, and sales standards, skincare and personal care products that have been unsealed, opened, or partially used are ineligible for return or refund. Additionally, final clearance items are not eligible for return or refund requests.

Refund Execution Rules
After your returned products pass official inspection and verification, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method automatically. The refund processing cycle is 3–14 business days, and the actual arrival time depends on the processing efficiency of your bank or payment service provider. For voluntary returns initiated by customers, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
