- Our site uses SSL/TLS encryption to safeguard your payment data during transmission.
- Your card details are handled directly by PCI-DSS certified partners (Stripe, Shopify Payments, PayPal). We don’t store complete card numbers on our systems.
- We may request additional verification (e.g., CVV or 3D Secure) to protect against unauthorized use.
Accurate Billing Info
Please ensure all billing and shipping information is correct. If your payment is declined, we’ll try to notify you by email. Unverified or disputed orders may be delayed or cancelled.
Pricing & Tax Details
- All prices are shown in USD before applicable taxes.
- US orders: sales tax is calculated based on your shipping state’s local rate.
- International orders (Australia, Canada, France, Sweden, Switzerland): duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are your responsibility and are not collected at checkout.
Pre-Orders
- For pre-ordered items, your payment method is charged at the time the order is placed to reserve your product.
- A temporary hold may be placed on your card for verification; this hold will be released if the order isn’t fulfilled.
Payment Declines
If your transaction fails, you’ll see an error message during checkout. Double-check your card details, billing address, or contact your bank. We reserve the right to cancel any order that remains unpaid after 7 days.
Currency Conversions
If you’re using a card issued outside the US, your bank may charge a currency conversion fee. Manskinly does not cover these fees.
Refunds & Disputes
All refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Before filing a chargeback, we encourage you to contact us at contact@manskinly.com — we’re committed to resolving any issues directly and fairly.
